"Had the Loco Moco, it was no where near the Hawaiian version, original still is better. gravy is lacking, should have been short ribs but the meat was shredded off, no bones, salty. After being served the Monte Cristo Brioche, the kitchen staff took the plate back , didnt even wait if we wanted to keep the plate or not, but apparently, we got the gluten free bread…apparently, it was someone else’s order. We sat at a table where there was an inattentive server who decided he’d be a bar tender instead after introducing himself as our server. Line was long outside, but there was a table of 6 people who have already finished with food and drinks yet, did not leave for at least 45 mins, chatting away. Floor manager was not attentive in moving people out after their service time. Servers and manager were focused on their gadgets, not presence of customers. Seems like every employee has their own agenda, no one managing breaks nor assignments. Poor management. Food is not that great."

"I have been having breakfast here with my parents for a few months now and I can honestly say they never disappoint. Shout out to Rachel (server) and Tristina (manager)! They serve the kind of food that makes me curious. As I would never think to dish some of those items together. 5 stars on every dish I’ve tried!"

"The hostess and the servers were great and attentive, this review is regarding the cooks and the portions they give out. I ordered the habanero pork belly breakfast with fried rice, but when I received my plate, it looked like I ordered a plate of just rice. I was not happy with the lack of pork belly and pineapple. I could count the amount of pork belly given; I only received 5 pork belly pieces. I had to swap out the eggs due to allergies, but I did not expect to see a lot of the pork belly missing as well. Overall, I am just disappointed with what I received because I have seen pictures of this dish online from this restaurant with a proper amount of pork belly, but the attentiveness and care of the server was amazing."

"Every time we come here, it never disappoints, regardless of the location. please, Please, PLEASE bring Snooze to Utah. Look into Logan City (compete with Angies), Farmington (in station park), Salt Lake City (Cottonwood, Draper, downtown) and Provo. You can't go wrong with any of their menu items. Each is unique with amazing flavor that will leave you drolling for more. As an local guide on Google, I approve! See you in Farmington Utah! (Please and thank you!)"
