"I wish I could give NO stars. Who does the ordering at this location because they have no idea what they are doing. It's KFC how are you out of chicken or pot pies, it makes absolutely no sense and it's literally happened the last 3 times I've tried to order from this location."
"My son and I developed severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea about 6 hours ather eating FillUp box (chicken nuggets fries biscuits). I REALLY wish i knew what was done purposely OR not done unknowingly. I will never eat at KFC establishments again. My son is 31, wheelchair bound, he had to endure these torturous feelings and experience, being food poisoned over $23. I had to take care of him and ta I e card of me simultaneously......."
"I placed an online order for a 3 piece combo meal (2 breast and a wing) and a 3 piece tender combo.my husband goes to pick it up and it’s not ready has to wait 7 minutes for them to cook some chicken and he’s told they are out of breasts. He got two thighs and leg. Totally unacceptable. They gave us two dry biscuits, no butter or honey. But mostly I’m pissed because they didn’t give us a discount or throw in a couple pieces of chicken for free. I called to complain and the manager said the guy that picked it up was fine with the order. I said he was not fine when he got home. He didn’t want to argue with the guy after a long day of work, what is he supposed to do, they didn’t have what I ordered. they are poorly managed if you run out of chicken at a chicken place. Popeyes next time. I have a feelin Col Sanders would not be happy"
"I am fortunate to work close to home at my current job site. Being just 5 minutes away, I go home for lunch. On may way home I stopped & bought for full price of the 2 items. Which were 2 pot pies, 1 for me, & 1 for my twin brother. I have been to this location several times for lunch, but this time, I couldn't believe they actually served these to me. They literally knowingly ripped me off for a whole pie. Considering ½ of each one was not there. Shame on your business ethics, KFC. I will not be returning."
