"1st time there was amazing. I was in the area for a celebration of life service for my aunt. I heard about this place through a FB group and thought I'd try it out. Their food was perfect. I definitely recommend their chicken gravy poured over the rice. Cornbread was on point. I will definitely be heading back that way next time I'm in the area"

"If you have ever heard the saying “good things, come to those who wait” it doesn’t even compare to what you get from this place! It’s more of excellent things come to those who wait! The flavor, the freshness, and the passion that these ladies put into their food keeps me coming back each week ( sometimes twice a week lol)! When you take your first bite you are instantly realize that you are blessed to taste what real SOULfood tastes like. I had the pleasure of being able to try this at the original location and a couple days later I tried to go back so that way my wife could experience it only to find out that they had closed down. I know myself as well as many others, were excited when they made a quick post a few months later of an upcoming location to open. I went the first day they had their soft opening and was instantly transported back to that first time I had experienced this amazing cuisine.
