Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 8950 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85020

"Pull up to the drive thru. I ask what types of chicken on the #4 she mumbles something so I said Im Sorry?? She then yells and rudely says each one in an ugly tone. Im shocked at this point on how she is talking to me!!!!! I pull up to the window and she stares at me from the counter just standing there. She finally comes over and I asked for the manger she said I am the manager very rudely. I said your the manager and you behave and talk with this tone to customers?? She said WELL IM THE ONLY ONE HERE AND I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING!!! I said as manager its your job!! She slams the window shut in my face. She wont provide the corporate info I asked for. Car behind me honking so she parks and goes in to get her order. Manager still not coming back to the window. Another car comes she finally comes back and says move I have customer. I said I will move when you give me the information. She prints a receipt and I asked for her name she didnt want to give to me she finally does MaryAnne. She has wasted my lunch from work I have no food because she is to busy having a temper tantrum!!! I have placed a complaint with the BBB. Her behavior and tone is NOT acceptable. I can imagine how she treats the other employees!!!!!!"

"Went in for lunch and they refused to take $100 bill. Not because they didn't have the change. there was no sign saying no $100 or large bills. On top of that every time I've been in this Popeyes there is never anyone at the counter and I have too wait just for service. I'll be going anywhere but this hole"

"They have a sign up and they are not honoring what they have. They said that is not the price and then they’re not have that.that is in the app and they said that is different than what they had in their store but the price is on the front of their store sign and doesn’t say that is only the price of the item in the app."

"I’ve been coming here for years and this new manager lady have been having a problem with me since then she had ever worked here she said we’re not allowed to pick up mobile orders at the drive thru only inside but I’ve always picked up my mobile orders in the drive thru never ever have I ever been told I have to come inside and all I ordered was a coleslaw plus we were in the drive thru ordering a big meal for my coworkers and she kept rushing me to order my food she didn’t want to give me time to order my food it’s sad to see ppl like that being rude to ppl who spends their money I had it this day with this lady I’m still shook that she’s a manager at Popeyes she has really bad customer service communication she doesn’t communicate nicely its sad she even halfway filled my drink for no reason that’s her I’m never coming here if she’s working ppl barely go here it’s sad it’s bad service here"
