"I literally waited an hour for my online order. I placed a mobile order before heading over. As I was approaching, I got a notification that my food was really. It wasn't. I perceived it to wait inside the mobile pick-up area. After 20 or so minutes, another customer started complaining about his food taking long. The whole time, they were serving the people in the drive thru and ignoring everyone in the dining area. After 40 or so minutes, 3 separate customers (who were there before me) started getting angry about being ignored. A manager came over and apologized for the wait, saying they were short staffed. On gentlemen voiced his opinion on how she should slow down with the drive-thru orders and focus on the dining area. She proceeded to walk away shouting "your not going to come here and tell me how to do my job." I tried getting a refund, but I was told to call corprate . 10 more minutes passed, and the other costumers started receiving their food, but I was getting skipped. At about the hour mark, I left and jumped in the drive-thru line. At the intercom, he said they couldn't find my order and that it was completed. I disagreed and explained how I've been waiting inside and received nothing. I was told to go to the window. When it was my turn, I finally received my food with a "sorry for the inconvenience" I was happy to get my food. I didn't check the food when i received it, I got to my job, took out my food from the box, and they made it wrong and didn't include any sauces. Placed my order at 12:03pm to be made asap, and didn't receive it until after 1pm. All that waiting just for them to make it wrong."

"I used to love going to THIS Taco Bell bc I was guaranteed they would hook me up AND get my order right....... Oohhh was I in for a RUDE AWAKENING!!!.... The picture attached is a remake bc my previous order was cold, should've been thrown in the trash fries, but this remake was WORSE than the previous order!... YES! the fries were fresher, but they charge you 5 dollars for 10 fries (YES I COUNTED) with meat and cheese on them!!.... What makes matters WORSE is they DON'T try to compensate you AT ALL!!.... So I go right back in and order a large fry, JUST for them to give me MORE COLD FIRES!!!... Then wanted me to wait AGAIN for fresh ones!... I'm like........ just give me my money back!.. I'm sooooo freaking OVER them!!.... I've recommend them to anyone that likes Taco Bell, now I regret It!.... I'll NEVER go back!!!!...."

"Another fast food chain succumbs to enshitification. I used to never have problems with the food here. But last time I went, I had a craving to try the new menu items. Big mistake. Out of the six things I ordered, three were completely cold and unheated. The tortilla shell on the Mexican Pizza was pretty much raw. I only eat here like once a month and now it's not even worth that."

"Update: ordered a new shredded chicken taco, it had no meat, the manager remade it and this time it had 3 peices of "shredded" chicken. if I wanted vegan tacos I'd order it. Even the manager is there when all this goes on. He doesn't even care... The employees seem kind of depressed often. When some of the women are working they abuse their power a bit much on the men. They had a rude attitude, even when I was very polite the entire time. I think some people might be ruining the work environment for some of the other, more people friendly employees."
