"This is my second time ordering from this location and each time my order is incorrect. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and subbed the meat for beans and got a burrito with ONLY beans. Then I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch sub meat for beans and it was also only beans. The same exact thing happened the last time I ordered. It has one ingredient in the whole thing."

"On 2/12 at 733p I came through the drive thru and I believe the gentleman said his name was Samuel or San Juan. He had a tattoo of red lips on his neck. He helped me about a week ago and this was my second time coming back because his customer service and speed is consistent. I can tell he likes his job and appreciates his customers. The store is also always clean when he works, all a BIG change since he started working here. I stopped going because the kids working there were rude and didn’t care about the customers order. Way to go to management for making better hiring choices."

"Ordered eight crunchy supreme tacos, got all 8 very cold regular beef tacos. I always tip for drive-thru too! Every other night I've been here late night after work has been great, tonight was not what I was looking for."

"My family ordered $45 worth of food and all of it was old, stale, smashed and dried up. Never have we seen taco bell serve such low quality food. All 3 soft tacos were stale and smashed there was literally 1 table spoon of meat with 4 lettuce shavings on each one. The new shreeded beef tacos wich cost us $4 each were literally dried out and obviously old. Not safe to eat. They also had little to none meat and cheese. As for the rest of food ALL of the meat, Shells, tortillas were stale, smashed and dried up. It was very disappointing."
