"Rare Beef & Brisket Pho... 1) Noodles - they used the proper amount of uncut speghettini size rice noodles... many places serve spaghetti size, and it's not as enjoyable. 5/5 2) Onion - not a lot of white or green Onion... sadly. 3/5 3) Meat - Decent amount and decent taste. 4/5 4) Bowl size - for the price $11.95 , the portion size is very good. 5/5 5) Broth - OK. Not great. I'd score it higher if they used more flavors like cloves and cinnamon in order to make it more savory, unique, and memorable. 3/5. Pho score 20/25.... 4 Google Stars. Also had the pork chop plate $11.95. Nice fresh veggie selection. Rice cooked well. Slightly disappointed in the freshness of the pork chop and it wasn't bone in and I prefer bone in. 3.5/5 Overall there is nothing about Pho Noodles that should warrant it be avoided. There are probably better Pho spots in Phoenix but then again I'd bet my life there are much worse. Friendly staff and quick order to table service."
