"It was a terrible experience to say the least. The young lady with the braces has an attitude when taking an order and you basically have to do everything yourself. The meal was mid and it didn’t have much flavor. They did however provide chips and salsa which was probably the best part. The atmosphere wasn’t great and they were just talking about the customers not leaving a tip when my family and I did everything for ourselves. We paid a total of ~$66 and it wasn’t even a filling meal. The drinks are $3.50 and to get a refill it’s a $1."
"Found this location on Instagram. Hyped way up. First the service was horrible. Was greeted by server who was sitting down. No smiles from any of the staff or welcoming demeanor. Second, food isn’t anything different than Macayo’s or Mixteca. Pan Dulce options were sparse. Don’t go out of your way to try it."
"The XL conchas is what brought us here & caught our attention. Make sure you pre-order a day before for the XL conchas, we didn't know this. They have a panaderia with a good variety of pan dulce. The restaurant serves Mexican dishes for breakfast & lunch. Pictured is menudo & Carne asada torta. Chocolate abuelita is really good. Place gets pretty packed but, line moves quickly. Everyone is really nice. The waiter was able to score us an XL concha so that was nice."
"Food was not good. Menudo was bland, The Mauros special was just filled with mostly potatoes, I couldn’t even taste no chicken. The only good thing was the tortillas. Definitely overhyped -"
