"I love this place. I lived in Mexico when I was younger and had been craving Mexican style burgers for years until we saw the smoke coming off their grill on 7th St outside of Lalo's body shop. During covid we stopped and got food a few times and it was a great value for the money and something a little different than usual. And it satisfied my craving for DF style burgers. Since then, they've got a food truck and a sweet little space set up on 15th Ave with a steel ramada, picnic tables, some futbol on a TV, and cute little planters with cactus and herbs. For the price, the portions are great, the food is awesome, and it's got a nice little vibe. Especially in the evening when the sun is down, sitting outside with some great food and some exciting futbol it's a nice place to grab an informal bite. Heads up, cash only which is how they can keep their prices so low. Edit - is been a couple years and they're still slinging the best DF style burgers this side of the border"

"The pineapple burgers hit the spot. It was made in 5 minutes. We were the only customers at the time though. Might take longer on busy days. Anyways worth the price. The sauce (secret?)is delicious. Overall delicious burgers."
