Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I remember the first time I had Chipotle. Wow it really is something that gets imprinted on your brain. At the one near U of A in Tucson. My have times changed. Why does the meat taste so nasty now? That is my main complaint with Chipotle. It has this weird chemical aftertaste that I don't get when I make meat. Why does the hot red sauce look all watered down now and not bright red? Why does the green sauce look like swamp thing now? Why do they charge you for extra shells and tortillas now? Why is it always full in the evening? Are people so full of chemicals that their bodies crave the not even giant burrito chemicals in their gullets? Remember when you got a bag of chips from Chipotle and it was heavier than normal and how happy you got for those extra chips? Now they sell a large bag for 3 bucks because who needs that special feeling of joy when you get a loaded bag of chips anymore. Joy is dead at Chipotle. Ever since that adult swim themed event Chipotle had a few years ago, it has gone downhill for me in terms of quality but up in prices. Save your money and go to del taco on Tuesday because at least you get a deal and some tasty tacos."

"It was pretty good. My friends love it. Personally it's not my favorite but I have to say that the burritos are far more flavorful and fresh tasting than any other restaurants. I'm not big on rice but again, lots of flavor. Also the portion is awesome."

"Horrible portion servings on 03/10/24. The salsa was Hella diluted with water and it tasted like ragu sauce peed into a cup. The chips were all crumbs and the tortillas we order for order 8NM-LA1 were cold and hard on the edges. They served lettuce as if I was a fukand giraffe and I had to eat my daily grass. The queso looked like baby diarrhea and the steak was more fat than actually meat. Incredibly amazed at their horrible service. Instead, if you want to try a real Mexican Grill go to El Taco Tote on 35th Ave and Camelback. Might as well make a menu entree just for lettuce. What a shame."

"Good food. If you use the drive thru, make sure you check your bag for a fork before leaving. 50% I go, they somehow always forget to put a fork in the bag, even if I check “include utensils” on the app."

"It seems that the economic problems plaguing America are reaching deep into the fast food and restaurant industry. Like so many other companies Chipotle Mexican Grill has been forced to change their menu and have now limited some of the items on the new menu. The quality of food still remains high, portions are a wee bit smaller, they now charge for a tortilla when you order a burrito bowl. The staff that was working there on my last visit was in good spirits and cordial to all who entered. Of course the food was quickly prepared and not that big of a time lag between ordering and getting out the door."
