"Ordered four piece chicken regular chicken they gave me crunchy I did not order I order mashed potato's and gravy that was small and dry . coleslaw it was small and dry too. Usually anywhere I go for coleslaw and mashed potatoes gravy at a KFC. Coleslaw sweet and the potatoes are warm and gravy hot. Wife says her chicken. sandwich was good but her mashed potatoes and gravy or no good"

"Ordered an $8 wrap combo (2 wraps a fry and a drink) 2 additional wraps 2/$5 and a bowl. Paid $30 for slow service. Made it home to find out they left out my fry. All 4 wraps were the most pitful wraps I have ever seen. Tiny. Barely dressed at all and the pickles were disgusting. Absolutely awful tasting. The chicken was cold and looked old. The bowl was ok but really had no flavor. Tried calling multiple times to only get a busy tone. Drove back to the location to find 3 young employees which I had to explain myself to each one by one as they passed me off from one to the other none of them a Manger or able to help me in any way. In the end the young man working said he called a manager. I was told the Manger would be back at 4 tomorrow. Also want to add the drive thru is poorly lit to the point you can only see half the menu with ease. 0/10 do not recommend. Will not be dining there again."

"Placed an online order while in the store to utilize loyalty points I had earned. The order went through and my money was taken from my account. My app said food was ready and I went up to the counter and they said they never got my order and that someone stole it. I was watching the front the entire time and no one ever took an order. Asked for refund and guy gave me a huge attitude. Avoid this place at all cost."

"It's a gamble. Sometimes you get really good chicken and my most recent visit was a total disappointment. Chicken was not fresh so your left with a slightly warm, grease soaked mess. The mashed potatoes appeared to not have mixed properly and I have never seen that before so it ended up in the trash. The mac & cheese was not fresh or hot so it was tossed. It's gonna be a while before we try this location again. I only hope this was just a off day for this restaurant."

"On 10-2-23 at 1:35 PM I went to the KFC at 1843 W Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Upon entering this location I purchased food and there was a mix up. I wanted it to-go but they served it as I was dining in. There was a employee behind the counter who proceeded to take a gravy cup lid and put it on the cup of gravy with his bare hands. His bare hand touched the edges of the gravy cup and the chicken. I asked for a manager and he refused to refund my money. He acted like his employee did nothing wrong. This is a major health code violation to touch food with bare hands without a glove. This is a popular restaurant that serves a lot of people and its unacceptable. I left the restaurant without a refund. They stole $14.11 of my money."
