"This restaurant serves Indian food and usually has a lot of Indian customers. The best thing about it is the variety of Indian dishes they offer. However, the staff are rude, and sometimes the food isn't served properly. Once, when I ordered dosa, part of it was hanging off the tray and touching the counter. The plates are always dirty, and when I complained, the staff didn't seem to care. Another time, I got a cold aloo tikki chat, like it was just taken out of the freezer. When I asked for a refund, they didn't even apologize. Overall, I haven't had a good experience here."

"Came to Om for dinner and enjoyed a variety of dishes. The katori chaat made for a great starter being both fresh and flavourful. The dhabeli was decent but unfortunately not hot making it less appealing than it could have been if served hot. The staff added a Gobi Manchurian to our bill without our requesting for it which was disappointing. Also, dishes are prepared in a random order and come out at different times - something to keep in mind for larger groups."

"Food is good. Taste authentic. Is bistro not fine dine in. You order with the cashier and they call for you order ready kind of fast food places. No waitress. They have a lots of options of dessert. You choose and they put it on a box and charge you for weight I would come back."

"I like the ambiance of this place.Even though their food disappointed multiple times we revisited several time.Last visit we ordered chili-paneer and kachori. Panner was fried and was not only extremely spicy but also hard to chew.The Kachori wasn't the actual kachori but the puri with bhel inside it. It was difficult to break into pieces.We spent money but had to go home empty stomach as we couldn't eat. Kids couldn't eat either as it was extremely spicy. I used to recommend this place now I am not sure. They do have good variety of sweets and snacks which we have been buying and we do liked it."
