"Ladies working were nice but didn't speak English and my Spanish is limited. Felt ignored as they went on to help other customers who came in after me and never scooped my ice cream. My niece had gotten a strawberries and cream when I got there and sadly it was Luke warm and the cream tasted a bit like it was going. In the end I was glad I wasn't served as the prices for the goods is to expensive for my blood. Thank you but no thank you. Better luck to the next person"

"This place has Latino snacks and sweets; a lot of their choices are really good, and they’re spread out throughout Phoenix. Not all locations are in a great area, but they are really good to give a try."

"The hispanic lady with glasses was very rude, completely ignored me and began cleaning after taking the order of the people in front of me. We kept making eye contact and she continued to clean. After a bit she said “whenever you’re ready” with an attitude. Been here times before and I am never disappointed with the food/drinks/snacks or services. However, this is the second time they charge me differently size wise on a raspado the same thing I’ve gotten. Plus the disrespectful service was the last straw for me, Not to mention it was not done right and it’s completely watered down. Won't be coming here. Went last week got a SMALL raspado, was charged $8, went today asked the price for a LARGE and it was $8."
