"I somehow needed to have 3 people to take my order. Btw my order was just one sandwich no combo, somehow that took the brains of 3 people. Then when I did get it, IT WAS STILL WRONG!! IMAGINE BEING LOUD AND WRONG!!!! I tried to ask for help and they sent me a new person which I recorded cuz by then I could see that they just hire kids that don't care about their job, and just paying their bills. I tried to call night shift on 3/20/2024. I also asked for management and when I could get a hold of them. They gave me a first name and hung up. So idk when she's going to be there. Real professional for teenagers. I'll update when I go in the morning since I have everything on camera. Then I'll send everything to corporate about this unprofessional practice"

"Friendly staff. Easy ordering in the BK APP. ZESTY SAUCE given out as requested. Packet ketchup given out as requested. Paper napkins upon request Whopper Sandwich was tasty and well made. Hot french fries. Drinks filled and refilled by staff behind the counter like in the old days of the 1970's. Clean restroom. NO HOMELESS VAGABONDS in side the restaurant."

"Don't GO THERE! SKETCHY LOCATION. Definitely NOT A SAFE AREA AFTER DARK. RESTAURANT SMELLS LIKE A URINAL, FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, THERE WERE HOMELESS PEOPLE CAMPED OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. ONE OF THEM HAD PICKED A FIGHT WITH SECURITY WHILE WE WERE GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR FAMILY OR KIDS THERE!"

"I was just coming Home from Payson and decided to grab a quicik lunch from this location... Drive thru attended was very rude. Pulling up to the drive up window I noticed smoke from under my hood... Open it and there is a fire going... As I rush to grab the Large drink we were just handed to dump on the fire... The Drive thru attended which said he is the manager rudely says YOU need to move the Car your RUNNING UP MY DRIVE THEU TIMER!! Instead of Hey is everything okay, did you need me to call emergency services.... Nothing just MOVE your running up my drive thru timer... After I checked that starting the vehicle again wouldn't ignite a fire, I requested his name and his managements contact email or phone number and he refused stating for me just to leave or he will call the police.... I went inside and requested the store management number from another employee and he was about to provide it when the drive thru attendant that was rude yells at the employee and locks him in the office... He held his phone up stating he's on the phone with police... I requested a few more times for management email or phone and he would not speak so I left. Making thing worst they messed up my order and forgot to include a whopper..."

"Food was nice and warm everything was accurate. Staff was rude not friendly at all. Drinks were horrible flat no carbonation at all and most likely the syrup bags need to be changed already barely any flavor. Ps. Thanks for the ketchup for weeks that I didn’t ask for -_-"
