"This location lacks decent customer service skills. They would not honor my coupon code for any size iced coffee for one dollar. They tried entering it several times then said this location doesn't take that coupon so I got the coffees anyway and I paid full price. I ordered these through the drive through. After I drove off and took a sip I realized its bland no flavor they did not put the hersheys sauce in it. That is what makes the whole drink. So I went back and went inside this time to ask for a cup of the hersheys sauce so I can put it in myself. The lady acted like she didn't even know why I wanted it at first when she's the one who made the drinks wrong in the first place. They acted like I was such an inconvenience to them. All I wanted was a product I paid for its not like I was asking for free stuff. They were extremely rude and lack empathy for their mistakes. I work retail so I know how the general population can be but I was in no way shape or form rude to them to be treated like that. I will never ever go to this location again the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE....There is no reason I should have been treated the way I did just because I was asking for something I paid for that they made incorrectly. This location is TERRIBLE. I do not recommend wasting your money at this location. Save yourself the trouble of being treated poorly by the employees for their own mistakes. Go to a different location that actually treats customers with respect...."
