Jack in the Box

"If I could give -12 stars, I would based on prev orders not being correct, AND the incredibly pathetic customer service I just experienced. Placed an online delivery order through the Jack app for this location since its the closest to the hospital. Everything was fine, driver was waiting at the store..then I got a notification that the store cancelled my order and to call for more info. Tried calling, AT LEAST 10 diff times.. the phone just rang and rang and rang..then it would ring and someone would pick it up, and hang up without saying anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Like children are hanging out at work thinking it's cool to cancel SIMPLE orders for no reason. I legit was just trying to see what the issue was, find out if it was a glitch or something, and ask if the app would automatically give me a refund. Now I'm going to be reporting this to the GM of this location. Great job being incompetent!"

"Went through the drive through and the lady at the speaker legitimately couldn't speak English. She had a hard time understanding that I wanted bacon added to my sandwich. Got my meal and it had no bacon. The chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point it was rubbery. I was on the other side of town and hungry so I ate it anyway, otherwise I would have returned and had them make me a new one with bacon and give me my money back. They also didn't give me a receipt, so that definitely would've been difficult to do, but I think it could've been done. I've never had incompetence to that level like that before ANYWHERE. The driveway in front of this Jack in the Box is so tight DON'T COME HERE IF YOU DRIVE A LARGE TRUCK! They may ask you to wait in the front."

"I love Jack In the Box! My visit there was just as awesome as they always are! Fast Friendly Service! Their employees are always wonderful! Food was very tasty, as it always is! They do a great job everytime!"

"It's fast food, so I can't really rate it a 5 or 4 star. The restroom has a code to go in, so must ask the cashier. the soda machine was not working very well it didn't had the soda options I picked so I had to grab something easily to drink and when the machine was pouring the soda it looked like is was coming out with water"
