"3/15 Despite waiting for a long time since busy at the moment the staff did their best to bring the meal 3/22 Had the bacon cheeseburger with heavy pickles and 8 chicken fries. The fries were good but the burger it was as if I was just chewing gum without out the flavor. Bacon and cheese didn't exist and usually the pickles are good but this time they were just cold and tasteless. The service was non existent even though it was just me and a group"

"This place needs a whole new crew. They're ALL rude with attitude. Act like customers are a inconvenience to their day when they are the ones that can't do their job correct. You will be waiting forever! And shame on BK for creating problems for a food truck that was in the lowes parking lot. Got rid of them only to not appreciate any business they get ."

"It's fast food so...4stars for tasting good but being less than good for my diet plan. Employee brought the food to my car warm. The homeless person camped out in the parking lot where I was waiting for my food was unsettling though he wasn't aggressive."

"They originally missed my burgers on my order. So I drove back at that time she said that I was never charged for them that’s why. So I paid for my burgers and went back to work. When I opened my burger it was raw on the inside. Called the store no answer. Called corporate no answer… never again. Check your meats from here"

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!! Since I pulled over to the drive-tru speaker, I could tell an attitude from the girl who was taking my order. Very unfriendly. When I got to the window, she gave me the wrong order. I told her about it and she looked upset and gave dirty looks non stop. Then the manager asked me for the change I got to make it right and I told her the girl had a really really bad attitude. She looked at me kinda ashamed and told me "I know J know, ir happens all the time, eeeeeeeveryone tells me the same thing" kinda like "oopsy". If it happens all the time why management keeps her there? They gave me my food and drove around the restaurant, I checked the food and AGAIN gave me the wrong burger. I ordered a triple stacked, got a double one (MICROSCOPIC TINY BURGER). Went back to tell them and again, but nastier attitude from the girl on the window. She didn't even apologize, just grabbed the bag kinda aggressively all upset and then the manager tried to play it cool and gave me the right burger. When I handed it to my son he was in disbelief about how tiny and disgusting looking the food was. I spent $20 on two burgers that look NOTHING like the display. I'm showing the photo they sell you and the actual burger you get. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Terrible customer service, mediocre management and lame food. This happened today February 26th at 6:00 p.m."
