"This is the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had in my life , and I've tried quite a few....the driver arrived early to deliver, and was very friendly. Unlike panda express , their orange chicken has a nice smooth crisp taste that was not too tangy for me, it was perfect. The Mongolian beef was exceptional, and the perfect blend of spices melted in my mouth as I enjoyed every bite. The price was very affordable as well, and for the price you get way more food when compared to other Chinese restaurants. I would highly recommend this for any Chinese cuisine lover. Give pongpong a try, and you will not be disappointed. Amazing!"

"Rude customer service on the phone, the lady that answers and takes orders is very unprofessional and rude. Have spent $100's at this place to be treated so rudely on the telephone. Food is the best I've had since childhood with excellent portions, they just need someone else running their phones"

"The delivery was quick and my order was accurate. I ordered the spicy shrimp with extra shrimp, and there was plenty and it seemed fresh, worth the extra $3 for sure. However, I'm very picky about my vegetables. Produce, compared to protein, is very inexpensive so it shouldn't be a lot to ask that it be fresh. The mushrooms were really old with brown spots visible through the brown sauce and had no flavor, the snow peas were very limited, there was two pieces of bock choy, and the sauce had little flavor. For that reason, I'm giving Pong Pong three out of five stars."

"Ordered delivery and it was amazing!! The delivery guy was quick and friendly. Our apt isn't easy to find but very understanding. The dumplings are huge and delicious! Sesame beef was amazing! It's hard to find a restaurant that has sesame beef and this did not disappoint!! Fried rice was so delicious and huge pieces of chicken, beef, and shrimp."

"BEST Chinese food in the area, Pong Pong’s has been my go to place for years since getting to know people in the area; Everyone I’ve talked to that’s tried this place recommends them! Employees have always been so kind & helpful. I always have a special request ordering food & they have never disappointed. The food is amazing!!! The sweet & sour chicken is always tender never tough, shrimp fired rice always hot & more shrimps than I expected & crab puffs/ egg rolls appetizers are out of this world! Highly recommend!"
