Filiberto's Mexican Food

"If you speak English you will be treated poorly, beware. The last few months every time I've ordered a breakfast burrito the price has ranged from 6.50 to 12. You never know the price. I've ordered the super nacho more times than I can remember and this store is the worst. 2 dollars worth meat and cheese on top and your left with half the order in dry chips. Price? 20 dollars. This place is a rip off and very racist."

"Carne Asada fries were soggy, got a Bacon burrito add potatoes and of course no potatoes, and hardly any guacamole on my Rolled Tacos after waiting 8 min for "fresh" half cooked food for a whopping $35. Yea, not getting my business again."

"Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a pollo asado burrito. This is the 3 rd time I’ve had my order messed up by the location. Will not return. I just ordered a pollo asado burrito, no special instructions. This item at every other location come with guacamole and pico de guyo. And this locations picture of the item shows pico and guacamole. Yet this the 3 rd time it has come with nothing on it except chicken. And do no try to call this restaurant they will not answer the phone. 3 separate times. This has happened. Now I have to say something."

"I used to prefer this franchise for Mexican fast food, but as you can see in the pictures you get poor customer service. I ordered Super Nachos, a Carne asada burrito and rolled tacos with guacamole, cheese and pico de gallo. I also said no rice or beans 'see receipt' on the nachos. As you can see in picture #1 and #2, I received lots of beans and little carne asada. The fraise you get screwed through the drive through, well this is a good example. Also for the rolled tacos, I received little to no guacamole and no pico de gallo. When they told me the price of $33.51, I was blown away but was expecting some good food. The burrito was good but not for what I paid. Also since the order was large, I asked for 10 mixed sauces (green and red) and was told I can only have 6. Really? As a paying customer, I should get what I requested especially for $33 bucks. The lady was kinda rude and appeared to be irritated when asking questions."

"Food was really bland. Nice salsa bar with carrots. Onions. Cucumbers and salsas. The staff working overnight seemed annoyed at our presence. Carbonation in soda is off. But not horrible. Food left me wanting something else as it lacked decent flavor. Prices are high. Like everything in the world. They are 24/7 lobby and drive through. They do have a liquor bar. Never seen in a Filiberto’s myself before this."
