"This place sucked. I've never had a bad popeyes, but this was it. I placed a mobile order at 630, pick up at 645, at 645,oh its gonna be 5 minutes for the wings... OK, 655,we don't have the spicy chicken you ordered 20 minutes ago, is original ok...fine, I get the food, the chicken has ZERO seasoning on it, just plain fried chicken, the potatoes and gravy barely had gravy and 2 dry biscuits...the girl running the drive thru and the guy at the counter had no idea what they were doing. The cooks were waiting on them to get orders straight."

"Horrible, this location lacks organization! No matter when you visit, they will be out of chicken, Mac n cheese, ranch, etc . They don’t listen to details. I had to go through drive through twice and walked in to get my order filled. Wasted sooooo much time because they couldn’t get it together. I am being nice right now to not go into deeper details . The chicken was a bit over-salted. They don’t know if the gravy is pork or not. It’s best to know the industry you work in. I have decided to just go to a different location. This almost made me think never going to another Popeyes. Not that deep for me to come here. My time is very important to me! Please get your act together guys. Hire more people also!!! Let’s not forget DoorDash they forget to add food you order. DONE!!!"

"We go to Popeyes fairly regularly but this is the first time at this location. The food came out fast but they didn't have any sauces available, half of the drinks were out, and the seating area of the restaurant was noticeably dirty. To top it off, I ended up getting food poisoning the following day..."

"Was craving a chicken sandwich and decided to go to this location because it seemed newer than the one.off thunderbird and 83rd. We were the only ones there aside from a couple doordash drivers. It took a while to get my order taken as it looked like only 3-4 employees were working. I got my sandwich ordered which the cashier seemed confused while taking the order. I decided.to try some.wings. she explained they were out of containers. My son wanted ranch for the wings.....not in stock. Ordered a drink and it seemed like half the machine had out of order signs on a lot of the flavors. Wings came and they put hardly any sauce on it and they seemed overcooked. The chicken sandwich was good. Through observation I watched a couple upset about their order and waiting on a sandwich...after what seemed like a long time it was ready but they dropped it on the floor and had to cook another. Why they were cooking 1 piece of chicken at a time was beyond me (it was around noon). I do like Popeyes chicken sandwich and next time I will probably go somewhere else to obtain one"

"Worse location ever. Last time I came in here I purchased mac and cheese with my meal. They secretly substituted it with beans and rice. When I checked my items I told them about the mix up and they told me they were out of the Mac and cheese. So I politely asked for a refund on that item and they refused because I ordered through the app. Eventually they refunded me. Today I come for the wing deal I'm the third person to be told they were out of wings. So I substituted them for some sandwiches since they again refused the refund because I ordered through the app. Instead of arguing once again to get my money back I figured this was the best route. The attitude from the manager because of her lack of care about running this location is nuts."
