Pullano's Pizza

"5* depending on what you want. Thus is a regular bar which sells excellent regular food and very fair prices. So far only sampled the lunch menu. Friends had wings and big slice of pizza. 2x slices of a 30” pizza is huge, esp with a thin and crispy (non stodgy) base. I had cod and chips (fries)which was delicious and filling in spite of being ‘lunch sized’. Endless coffee of course, and excellent service. Surroundings a bit basic but very good for a bar at these prices (see menu). Pretty full today (Thursday), but excellent deals on Wednesday. Great atmosphere and everyone seemed to be having fun. Hence 5 stars…"

"I don't normally review businesses, especially small ones when the review is not positive. That being said, we ordered here based on great google reviews, and our food was sooooo far from what we read. We ordered 2 extra large pizzas, one thin crust and one regular. The thin crust looked (and tasted) like a soggy cheese-crisp. The other pizza looked good, but tasted like Domino's or some other cheap chain pizza. The wings were ok- good size, flavor ok. We ordered hot, they were mild without any spice. Unless that was just a mix-up (we'll never know because someone could not pay me to eat here again), I would definitely recommend going higher for heat than you expect. $134 later, I think I'll buy a safeway pizza next time and save some money."

"Yesterday we were looking for a place to get a good Italian pizza and stumbled across their daily specials. We decided there was no way we could bypass half off dinner entrees with the purchase of a regularly priced drink. We got the lasagna with meat sauce, spaghetti with marinara sauce, and chicken Parmesan dinner entrees. The portions were huge, the food was extremely fresh, and very authentic. There's no way you can be the three meals for under $40! Can't wait to try the pizza and on Tuesdays my family know where we'll be going for dinner."

"No question about it, Pullano’s OWNS the title of ‘OG of neighborhood mom and pop pizza joints.’ This place was practically in our backyard when I was in high school and has been serving up beer, wings, and pizza for about… FOREVER! And when you consider that most mom and pop-ers dry up and blow away in their first few years in business, you gotta give HUGE props to the owners for keeping their doors open for decades. Back in the day, whenever my parents mysteriously went MIA from the house, I’d usually find them at Pullano’s sitting with friends, enjoying a pitcher of beer and a pizza. Many years later, I still pop in from time to time for lunch with MY friends. Chill old school neighborhood vibe, family friendly, nice roomy bar, and good food."

"This is a nicely tucked away restaurant in Glendale, AZ. Lots of parking and well lit. Lots of entrances. Bar is separate from the restaurant. Easy big menu and nicely priced. Wings are half price thursday and sunday during summer. Lots of seating and TVS. Great atmosphere. Team is great and looks like they enjoy being there. Pizza and Wings are their theme. Food is huge portions. All flavors for mild to hot and extreme hot. Their hottest is not to hot but tasty. Which is always better. Kid friendly and Highly recommended"
