"Tonight, February 24, I ordered online when I picked up my order. The cashier this night is hispanic. When I told her come to pick up an order, she had an attitude, not as professional as customer services, when she handed me my food. I requested sauce for my food, and she made an annoying faces on my also another customer he asked for something, and she did the same to him. I bought the food. I didn't ask for something free. She acts like she gives me free food. I don't accept this type of employee. If she's not happy, change her job, and we deserve good attention and respect"

"My only complaint is about en employee named Julissa. First, she told one of the other girls to write on the plates so they could know what people were ordering. The employee Julissa spoke to explained that she had been told other ways to do it and was frustrated by the confusion in directives. The employee was visibly upset and went to the back to cool off from the frustration, meanwhile Julissa was laughing at her and telling others what happened and laughed with them about it. She could be heard talking about other employees as well during my time there. She was also making fun of the ways the people purchasing were saying things and asking for things. You could see her making faces at the people ordering. At one point one lady tried to get the employees attention but no one was listening, when she finally got someone’s attention Julissa laughed at how she got their attention and continued to make faces and laugh at the customer with other employees. I was there for 15 minutes waiting for food and the entire time I was there she had a mean girl attitude with her co-workers and the customers. You could see that she made other employees and customers uncomfortable."

"There is no food on the counter around 1030-11am. No warm welcoming either from the cooks on the line and no explanation. And multiple times, I have received no fortune cookies on my visits if I don't donate. Well, I don't don't donate because, as a guest, we do not receive credit under our name but only the company as a whole under their establishment. So don't take it personally after checking out. My convenient visits are running lean here."

"I was surprised by how rude an employee was to my dad who went to go get food for me and my family. My dad was treated very rudely by an employee named Julissa Z for no reason at all. He was ordering his food in line and then as the plates he ordered were passed to her she rudely raised her voice demanding for him to move in line to ring him up when he wasn’t even done ordering; mind you his vision isn’t the best because he only has one eye. He told her he wasn’t done yet and she raised her voice again that he move to where she was to continue ordering. Then she proceeded to talk about him in Spanish to another employee that she wanted him to move in the line. My dad asked to speak to a manager to see if someone would service him better but she said the manager wasn’t there today and took a while to find & bring another employee. A male employee came and he was able to help my dad out without a problem and conversed in Spanish(my dad’s first language). Even if she was having a bad day there’s no reason to be rude or take out her attitude on a customer. If she’s having a tough time she should have taken a break or left for the day. This is our local panda that we’ve gone to for over 15 years and it was the first time we’ve ever been treated so badly. It was a very disappointing experience as well because the beef broccoli we ordered didn’t have even a single piece of beef. It was just broccoli and the broccoli was hard and not fully cooked. Thanks, won’t be coming again."

"So the food is mostly fresh, usually wait if what I want is close to coming out fresh off the fire. The food is good but the customer service... most of the ladies behind the counter are miserable you can see it on their face and how they talk to you. Their greedy with their portions even on a $12 plate. Their attitudes are very annoying when your being polite, and they just keep a straight face and keep conversations with their co workers. Overall great food just wish there was friendlier women behind the counter and less greedy."
