"First of all, if i could give them a negative star I would. This place is the worst of the worst. First of all, they take forever to give you your order. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could order. Then it was another 20 before I received my order. I happily went home, only to find out i was given a half empty container of coleslaw when I had ordered a large size. I then opened the Mac and cheese and i was again disappointed to find out it was burnt and dry. I normally don't complain but this has been one too many times. I decided to go back to request a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw for what i had paid. I had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru before the cashier listened to my complaint. I was simply asking for a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The cashier was rude and violently snatched the containers of coleslaw off my hand and told me that was the portion for the size i paid. I then requested for the manager on duty, a lady in the back yelled at me'I'm the manager in a rude and demeaning tone. I explained to her the situation and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. She then proceeded to take the container of coleslaw and throw it out and told me she was going to give me my money back. I, again explained i just wanted my food, to which she replied, that's what you get, no more. I was very disappointed with the service I received and decided to just leave, as it was clear that I was not going to get anywhere given the cashier and manager's attitude. I drove away disappointed and hungry. I've been a customer for years and really enjoy the food. However I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed and will definitely not go back to any church's chicken because this is horrible customer service. Not only i will not go to any other location, but I will also tell all my family and friends to stay away from this horrible place."
