"I placed an order through UberEats, but unfortunately, the temperature of the food wasn't up to par upon arrival this is not the fault of the store. I ordered two signature stack burger meals, and I must say, they were quite messy. There was an overwhelming amount of ketchup and mustard, making it difficult to enjoy as both burger buns ended up soggy. Additionally, there were no napkins provided, which made the situation even messier. To top it off, I felt shortchanged on the fries – receiving what seemed like only a half order. Disappointment doesn't quite capture how I felt about the experience. While I understand the lunch rush, the overall quality left much to be desired."

"Order 2 blizzards Togo, one was a Oreo Hot fudge blizzard and the other one was the caramel cheesecake blizzard , I added cookie dough to it, but when I started eating at home , their were no cookie dough at all and got charged for it. I originally tried to order a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard but the youngs working their didn't know what kinda blizzard it was and said that they didn't have it. Blizzards we're all liquid when I got them from the Cashier. This isn't the way that blizzards should be made,"

"Extremely inconsistent with how the employees handle drivethru. I was told I had to pull around, so they could give the customer behind me their food. Employee didn't even look to see there was 2 customers waiting, one of which hadn't even ordered. So I was now forced to wait for an extra car, simply because they can't manage their line properly."
