"Went through the drive thru tonight and the person checking me out and giving me my food had a annoyed expression, and didn't wake any attempt to extend her arm out to receive my payment or to hand me my food. I physically had to get up from my seat since my arms were already stretched as much as I could stretch them. Taco Bell needs better customer service. Only reason they're not getting a lower rating is because the food was given to me in a good amount of time and tasted freshly made."
"I ordered the crispy chicken taco deluxe box online and they messed up my order. For the taco, all I got was a tortilla with 2 pieces of chicken and barely any sauce. No lettuce or anything on it. It was horrible and very dry. They didn't give me my nachos but gave me the sauce. I used to have no issues at all but lately I've been having nothing but issues from them."
