"Went in thinking it'll be a great experience but definitely wasn't... they brought our drinks & our food was out late, so by the time our food was brought out, we had already gotten two refills on our drinks. They never once said food was taking a bit longer than usual because they were busy.. once our food was brought out, I had asked for my meat to be well done & to my surprise when I cut into it out had pink.. so I had to wait additional minutes so they could redo my burger while my husband & sis in-law ate their meals. Once they brought it out, I cut into it & it was done correctly. So then my husband mentions his fries are very salty & I tell him mine too. At this point, he didn't even want to mention anything anymore since we would have had to wait longer again for fries to get re-done. Oh & for the refills, we had to set our empty cups at the end of the table in order for someone to give us refills because we were not asked if everything was OK throughout our visit. They charged us for remaking the burger & fries again, but in the end, they told us not to pay for it, thinking we would get some sort of discount because it was their mistake on not making it right the first time & having to wait additional time for them to remake it. Definitely not coming back."

"You know it's Chili's it's a fun place to go and the food's okay and the drinks are okay and the services just okay but put it all together. It's a unique and interesting experience and not a total rip-off like most of the other places. I really enjoy the chicken fajitas but if you order the steak it's unable to chew"

"We haven't been to this Chili's in awhile. We had dinner with the kids yesterday. Something must have changed, management, menu or maybe chef. But the food was great and the server was awesome. Loved the new items on the menu, everything to the kids meals we ordered were delicious. Only left a star off bc the last several times I've ordered Sam Adam's draft, each time it comes flat and maybe it's the keg. Other than that, great experience for us this time around."
