"Went to this location for lunch and asked for the grilled cheese fries....This is what I got. Looks nothing like the picture barely any cheese. Never going back to this location."
"I ordered the meal for 2 with 2 crunch wrap Supremes , 2 soft tacos, and 2 bean burritos. Both crunch wrap Supremes have literally nothing to them. Maybe 1/4 what used to come in a crunch wrap. I feel like I literally paid all that $ for a tortilla!"
"I placed an order online for pick up at the drive-thru, and when I went to the speaker to let them know I had a mobile order, they said to go to the second window which I did, but there was a car in front of me paying and I still went to the second window to pick up the order. I let the lady with glasses know I was getting my order and she said “the other guy was first” and I said “yes but they told me to go to the second window” and she gave me an attitude and smiled and said “well now you have to wait” another guy came and questioned the lady with what was going on and when she said that the other guy was first he said “OK well just give her her order”. Every time I have an order for pick up, by drive thru, they always say to go to second window. I never do but the time I decide to do it, I’m told we aren’t suppose to do that? I am happy another employee stepped in and handled it calmly. I’m not sure why this lady was bothered. I let both of them know I didn’t know I wasn’t suppose to go to the 2nd window."
"Trust me, if I could give no stars I would. This location constantly messes up our order and we usually go back to correct them, However I did not feel like driving 10 miles to go back last night. We order 4 soft tacos with no lettuce as they were for our dogs and of course we got lettuce again, hardly any meat in them and of course when trying to call no one ever answers the phone. Will not be returning to this location EVER again."
"A very impressive Taco Bell! I ordered the $5 value Meal which came with a hard shell taco, burrito, and some churros. As soon as I finalized the order an employee was already waiting for me to pick up my drink cup. I didn't even get a chance to put the lid on my drink, and my order was already waiting! What service! The lobby was clean and tidy. The drink station was also clean and fully stocked. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great meal with amazing service!"
