"Very poor company I bought a truck from them February 2023. The timing components went out, causing the head gasket to go out in July. I had been calling them a month prior letting them know that the truck was acting weird and they kept telling me that they had no openings to get my truck into the shop that I had to call back in a month. Got my truck to them in September to have repairs done on it. Had to wait for the warranty company between the warranty company and the service department. Something was missed so they tried to charge me $1100 instead of just calling the warranty company and panda $150 to have them come back out Their communication is extremely poor. There’s a lady that works. There has more of a raspy masculine voice who has the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. My truck has been at their shop since middle or end of September and we are now about to go into December. I was informed that my truck would be ready the week of Thanksgiving, and that I should expect to have it between Wednesday and that Thursday I called Wednesday to confirm that I would still be able to pick up my vehicle and they told me that they were just pulling it into the shop to start working on it and that I would have to wait till the following week to get it Todd and the service department Along with Shawn have been the only two that has kept a positive attitude throughout the whole experience and has been willing to let me in on information as things happen whenever I would call, all in all By far one of the worst dealerships to go to in Kingman, I thought that they would be better than Spendless Auto and I felt like they were tied between their customer service and they’re willingness to communicate with you"

"Great experience buying a car for my wife. Went in with extremely high expectations for a super low payment on something my wife would be willing to drive. Not only did they match her with a car she loved, but they beat my low payment expectations! We did have an issue with the car and took it back, and they immediately got right on it and took great care of us and our new to us car! I am very happy with them and both their sales and service department."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic’s and with Freedom Auto Sales managers. Their lack of professionalism, competence, and timely communication left me frustrated and inconvenienced. My car was brought to them four separate times for the same issue, which was never successfully resolved. In the end, they opted to refund my money, replace original parts, and return my car, but the entire process was marred by delays and unfulfilled promises. Furthermore, I missed two alignment appointments due to their unreliable commitments. Even with all of my troubles their VIP was also extremely rude and helpless. I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this mechanic. I had to take my car to my previous mechanic. He told me that whomever worked on my car recently (Freedom Auto-sales), left my car in a position that was dangerous due to overlooked work that it needed. Please do NOT take your car to Freedom Auto sales for any reason."
