"I've been to this subway multiple times and every time I hope it's going to be better but it never is. The lady today was incredibly rude to everyone and only gave me half a portion of what the wrap is and when I asked she said that it was the right amount. This is the only sandwich I've gotten for years it was less than a 6-inch amount of meat on a wrap. It was so frustrating the only nice one there was the blonde teenager, he had excellent customer service. But the lady was very rude and didn't care about what we said she just wanted to get us through the line. And honestly, for $15 for one sub, I feel like we should be treated a little nicer."

"Worst customer service experience EVER. REALLY BAD ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE. I am a corporate manager and I have never experienced an employee with such an attitude towards a customer. Called on the phone to ask about a promo code not working and was hung up on. Not once but twice. On the 2nd call I asked for the employees name and the name of the franchise owner and was cursed at and hung up on. This man should be terminated. Should definitely not be representing a business in such an awful manner. Thus is not the 1st bad experience at this store."

"Customer service was very poor. I ordered online and picked up on my lunch break. I called to inform them my sandwich was not prepared as ordered. Employee Rhonda (if that is her name) engaged in a argument with me and refused to redo the order correctly. I asked for the manager and she reported not having their number and told me to go to a different store. That kind of service is unacceptable."

"Poor service; our subs were mixed up with another customers and we were only made aware when the other customer unwrapped our sub and told us as we were leaving. The issue was that upon requesting a new sandwich to be made, the “sandwich artist” (African American guy) accused us of cutting in line and essentially blamed my partner and I for the mishap. During the making of our order, he asked what toppings I wanted for my sub while still serving a customer in front of us. I’m unsure as to why he thought that was us cutting the line when it’s his responsibility to be in control of the flow of service. We simply ended up receiving the wrong sub. The “sandwich artist” stated that we needed to pay for a whole another sub & that we cut the line along with calling us liars when we replied that we did not cut the line causing an escalated and unnecessary debate/scene. Even at check out, we politely moved out of the way when he said that he was going to ring up the customer’s order who was ahead of us. He was wrapping all of our sandwiches at the same time while we were all waiting at checkout. So instead of taking ownership and accountability for mixing up the orders, he blamed us for HIS mistake. To avoid issues like that, he could have waited before asking us what toppings we wanted and fully served the customer ahead of us as we weren’t in any rush. Definitely be mindful of who is making your food, therefore, we are not coming to this location again."

"Purchased my usual today so I know exactly how the sandwich is supposed to taste/look & when I went to eat it there was hardly any meat & no cheese. I called the store to let them know & the manager they told me there is nothing they could do, that I was lying, & then she hung up on me. We even had to wait for them to finish making our food, even though we got there 20 minutes after the pick up time. The same manager claimed that she made my food even though I watched another employee make it while we sat there waiting. Normally this isn't the experience but I won't be coming back after this."
