"This used to be my most favorite restaurant. I need to wait for a year on business and I came back today what happened it is the saddest excuse for customer service I mean I do not think any of them have had any idea how to treat people. The manager I guess the two was just kept screaming everybody to do something and she didn't let me because I couldn't use the restroom because oh no I have my bag from the airport. Because they didn't know what I was going to do with my bag in the bathroom I'm seriously boycotting pretty much every Burger King now I run a retail store in the valley and I would fire every single person that work there today."

"Great customer service. Every location should be like this. I went to 2 other locations before this and was treated poorly. I pulled up here, they took my order right away and thanked me. They complimented my vehicle and my tattoos. Made me feel valued, unlike 35th and 28th location. I'll be back for sure! Thanks to the staff for being so nice. That goes alot further than people think nowadays in this city. Great experience!"

"Disgusting just went through drive-through really fast because it is late at night and I was next-door at the hospital. My burger taste like it had some kind of chemical on it. I took it back and the girl at the register was kind of rude, saying she hasn’t had a problem. Nobody has complained this evening but I did because I had to literally spit out the burger because it tasted so bad I gagged. Can you guys need to check and see if you’re cleaning your grills wiping it down, not leaving chemicals on the burner, right"

"This is a great location. Extremely clean. Great service. Easy entrance from two parts of the building. Great prices and big servings. Easy menu to read. Lots of cool seatings. Many parking spots and drive through. Lots of outside lights and inside well lit as well. Food was great and lots of fries. Good music and very nice fountain drink stand. Kid friendly and lots of old pictures. Highly recommend this spot."

"Visited a handful of times now. Restaurant is new and very clean. Employees have been polite and efficient at taking orders and delivering my food through the drive-thru. Food has been fresh with each visit. I enjoy the value of the 2 for $6 deal. Whopper or crispy chicken sandwich are a good choice. Overall I recommend this location"
