"This review is less about the food and more about the service. Miguel was awesome and no matter what he’s making at the moment he deserves a raise! It seemed he was working with just one other person and had a HUGE line, but was still pleasant and quick to make each order in between taking new orders. I do think this shift needs more than one person and felt bad. The line was so long because of this (I want to say upwards of 30-40 minutes) but he did amazing with a genuine smile on his face and I’m sure it wasn’t easy. Thank you!"

"Seriously, don’t waste your time. This is probably the worst JITB I have ever been to. Might not be so bad if they charged 50% less than a good JITB. It’s expensive now and to pay this much for trash is incredibly insulting. The Bacon Double Jack is $8.50. Never mind that it was old, cold with a stale bun… THERE WAS NO BACON! Want a Classic Buttery Jack? No, you get the bacon one without the toppings (probably because someone ordered it an hour earlier and never picked it up). Tacos? Want some tacos? Hopefully you like the soggy texture of wet cardboard stuffed with cold soy-meat blend. They couldn’t even get the egg rolls crispy. Stupid or just lazy?"

"Food was made deliciously and the bacon ultimate cheeseburger was excellent, eye appealing, hot and not soggy. Whoever was on the grill thank you for the great sandwich I will be returning again to the store. The lady at the drive thru window was professional and straight to the point and perhaps a little abrupt or cold bug she may have had a bad night or that may have been her cheerful side. Anyhow no judgement here"

"I just got home and I'm honestly so disappointed in Jack in the box. The cashier that greeted me was probably the most disrespectful person to take my order. There was no greeting just a "what do you want". Everything that I said was met with bland answers or just straight up attitude. There was no one behind me by the way. When I got to the window, there was no greeting once again. He handed my card back to me with a glare and didnt say a word to me. Even when I said "thank you" as I left, trying to be nice, he slammed the window in my face and walked away. I unfortunately don't have my receipt but the pictures show it all. My curly fries was half curly and half regular. Neither of the boxes was filled up all the way. Not to mention my sandwich being squashed and there only being one sauce for two people. I wanted sauce for fries and my girlfriend has a 5 piece chicken strip combo. This was a waste of money and time."

"What is this? This not even food, they used the heal, turned it upside down served it knowing the crust was hard as a rock because it's been exposed to air for weeks. Jack in the Box is garbage. If you don't like your job, then quit. I will never go to JITB ever again, too bad too cuz I loved your food."
