"Ordered a chicken bowl with pico and they said there was no more pico. As I look over at the To Go station I see pico. I let the cashier know I wanted pico and the other lady said there was no more. I pointed and asked if I could just get it on the side then. She said No that’s for To Go only. Nothing she can do! Whaaaaaaat?? Manager please have a talk with staff."
"This location has gone downhill. I went tonight with my wife and ordered a salad and burrito bowl. The first clue this was going to be bad was not being able to order online. I tried multiple times but could not place an order. I'm assuming they disabled it due to volume. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I finally got to the counter. The girl taking orders could barely hear or wasn't paying attention. We had to repeat our meat orders multiple times. After getting through the line, I asked for dressing. I was told I would get it at the end. I asked the cashier again when I didn't see it added to the bag. She informed me they were out of it. Why couldn't the previous person just say that instead of telling me a lie? To make matters worse, they were out of lids, so my wife's bowl had no top on it. When we got home, her pinto beans were undercooked. If they couldn't handle anymore orders for the night, why not shut down? At least you could let people know coming in you're out of lids, dressing, etc . I won't be returning to this location."
"This place is always packed however the food has always been good. Staff is friendly and accurate on our orders. Lobby is always clean and well kept. Now that it's cooling off they have a patio. The patio is right in the parking lot and it's really close to the major road, Peoria. Not the nicest or quietest patio however the option is nice."
"Daughter received moldy milk 09/01/2023. Tried calling the store to just let them know so they can toss the milk out but had to sit on hold with a phone room to have a million questions when I just wanted to let them know a simple concern. Phone rooms fix was a free drink. Very horrible process."
"I ordered from door dash and I don't know if the person who made my order was high or I got the wrong order. They dumped a huge dollop of guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and the chunky tomato salsa on my bowl, none of which I ordered. Because of this, I could not eat it so I had to get a refund from Door dash. I understand mistakes happen, but How did they mess it up this bad???"
