"I am very honest with my reviews almost all of them are positive. The food was ok but that's probably on me just because my stomach has been screwed up the last week. But with the service it made my score lower on the food because I was so frustrated that the bartender wouldn't help anyone but a few regulars she had at one end of the bar. Maybe I should have sat over there because she wasn't interested in helping anyone unless you were near her regulars... The guy next to me had to walk over to the other end of the bar near her regulars just to get another beer! It took forever to get my tab and get paid. I never got a refill on my drink while I was eating. I would have thought a little bit different if they were busy but they had maybe 7 people total at the bar and the restaurant was almost empty other than that. So hopefully they see this and understand that they need to be a little more aware of the customers they have. I am usually a very big tipper even if I don't get the best service. But if you basically ignore me and other people in your restaurant then I am not tipping like normal. I did tip 13% and I felt that was generous for the service I had. Hopefully they can address this and turn it into something positive! Good luck to the staff and I hope this gets addressed."

"Came in and was seated. The waitress came and got my drink order. Another waitress brought it. After 15 minutes…. Nothing. No check back, no seeing if I want to order something else, just… nothing. Ray was the waitress and… how can I say this…. All skin folk ain’t kin folk. Clearly, my black money means nothing in this establishment. If you’re black… STAY AWAY!!!"

"We had an incredible time enjoying the delicious shrimp and crab legs. Not only did we indulge in shots and margaritas, but we also had a blast playing corn hole. The staff was exceptional, adding to the overall fantastic experience."

"Came in, was directed to a booth and got crickets for a good 15 minutes. So we got up and left. Didn't order, didn't try the food, didn't even speak to a waitress... I eat out at a lot of different places and the best places generally have great customer service, even if the food isn't that great. I wasn't expecting 5 stars, but it could have been..."

"1st time we got oysters that are not looking like oysters. I hope this is the last time because this Hooters is the place to go for us. I asked for the cook and he promptly replaced freezer burnt with better oysters. Carlos is our manager here. Thank for making this a wonderful experience."
