"The building was cool, the decor was nice. Seats were uncomfortable, you sink in & can feel springs. The service on this visit wasn’t very good, waitress was hard to find, hardly came by, also she forgot some requests, and barely came by to check. She was very polite but just inattentive. The food me & my wife ordered was the ribeye the sides we chose were Brussel sprouts and a loaded baked potato. Both our meals took a long time amd came out same time, my steak was overcooked i hesitated to say anything bcuz i knew it would take forever for them to make another but i mentioned it to the waitress. They said they’d make another. I waited the whole time it finally showed up when we were already done eating. I told the manager he apologized and gave me a 25% discount, And offered a desert. We didn’t take the desert and took the steak to go. We spent about $55 total which is good. Overall I was happy but a little upset the way it was handled. I give them a 3 star and probably won’t go back to this steak house since there wasn’t anything special that would make me go back. There are other better steak houses in the same vicinity I’d prefer."

"Came in last night 03/17/2024 the host took our party's name and number, gave us a wait time estimate and said we'd receive a text. When we did we came back inside to be seated this time there was a hostess at the stand, when checking in she let us know there was no one waiting by the name we gave, proceeds to list our everyone else, while explaining to her and trying to show her the text confirmation she says "oh I believe you your names just not on here" and looks at us like 'figure it out.' My cousin was immediately put off by this attitude as it seemed she just wanted us to leave after waiting 20 minutes to be seated. The host who initially put us down came up from behind her and was able to seat us. However, I'm pretty sure he just added us instead because he knew we were waiting. Once seated a manager came up to us to talk to us about the issue and left. We waited another 10 minutes and a table was being sat in front of us. The server greeted them first. In all honesty this service was ridiculous and off putting to say the least. If you already knew there was an issue the server should have been made aware of the table, and the people and to greet immediately. I worked in the food service industry for 9 years so I know how it works. We walked out and went to Texas Roadhouse instead. Same exact amount of people. Shorter wait time and better service and energy."
