"Order number #142 Date 3/1/24 at 7:32am Unprofessional employee: Reyna I placed my order via drive thru, I requested 2 breakfast burrito and a regular mocha iced coffee. When I arrived to window she was clearly having a ruff day. She charged my card and handed food, before pulling off I checked my order. I was clearly missing a burrito, i didn’t receive my receipt so I pulled off to the side, went inside and brought to her attention I’m missing a burrito. She rolled her eyes and took a few deep breaths as if I’m an inconvenience to her when she is there to service the customers. I’m confused on why she has a job she doesn’t enjoy and so rude for no reason. I had to ask her 3 times for my receipt, the first 2 times she didn’t reply to me. So the third time I asked I was bothered because she answered so rudely and aggressively handed my receipt. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t over charged. I wasn’t trying to be an inconvenience to her. I was in a meeting with my boss and I was embarrassed by her behavior and demeanor. Whatever she is dealing with I pray for that women for healing because her actions are ugly. She failed in customer's needs and expectations. Do better next time Raya."

"This location always has restroom restricted to customers. They have told me many many times the bathroom is out of service. My daughter had to urgently go number 2 and they had no mercy. I had to drive to the McDonald's on 7th Ave and sadly my daughter had to hold until I found her a restroom. Also, I think they prohibit the use because of all the homeless people around. Get a maintenance to fix it please."

"You can never go wrong with Jack's tacos, and Jr. Bacon cheese burgers. Tacos were fresh and crunchy, and burgers were delicious. Since this location is close to home I usually go here. Service is always great and quick this time went through drive through."

"Pulled up to the speaker box, nobody in line I thought, great! Ordered 4 Tacos...guy in the headset says "I got you" I pull up to the empty window, pay with my card and immediately get handed my tacos. I initially thought wow! Only to drive away with this trash."

"This Jack in the Box location always seems to have their lobby closed so that the workers can fool around and only do drive through. Its always a different excuse from each worker. One told us their computers were down but conveniently only the lobby ones. One said it was because the restrooms were out of order. One said they opened at hours that aren't at the hours posted on the door, hoping that the 6 people waiting outside past time would just leave. In the pictures posted you can see the workers poking their head around the counters to see if we were still there. If you ask for a manager theyll tell you there is no manager. This keeps happening so... maybe they really DONT have a legit manager present. Is corporate unaware they do this at this location? Even the "tell us how we're doing" number is disabled. What terrible business."
