"I’m rating as a delivery driver, it’s not the first time unfortunately it’s every time i had a pickup at this specific location every single waitress’s pass through don’t even ask why u here for even if you ask for help they just ignore you, and you ended up getting a cold delivery, idk how doordash still hold contract with this restaurant"

"Looks nothing like the pictures, very greasy. Taste was ehh I guess you could say. Could absolutely be better. Way to expensive for the amount of wings. Hot Cheeto cheese bites were okay. Main complaint is both wings & cheese bites are extremely greasy. Probably won’t buy again"

"Absolutely disgusting… looks nothing like the photos. The chicken wings were also swimming in grease we threw all our food in the trash. It was a huge disappointment!"

"After anguishing over the lack selection family and I selected wings as our main course/protein for our dinner after missing lunch today, we ordered wings, onion rings, chicken tenders and waffle fries. After an hour wait our food arrived sans wings, onion rings, beverages, and forks and napkins which were specifically requested/opted in. We have now finished dinner and 15 minutes later the kids are still hungry. At no point we’re we notified that our order would be modified but a $48 refund was issued 10 minutes after ordering and 40 minutes before our food arrived, providing ample opportunity to alert us of the issue and allow us to order something to replace the wings. To top it off the food was not kept in a thermal bag or box as I watched the driver arrive with the paper bag on their front seat with the windows down in the car and of course it was barely room temperature. I am sorely disappointed in the experience to the point I don’t know if we’ll order anything from Applebee’s or cosmic wings again."

"Love Cosmis wings. The Cheeto covered cheese pieces are my favorite. Sweet chili sauce is a must for the wings. Can only be ordered via Uber eats. And Postmates. Actually prepared at Applebee's. No pick up option is available. They do amazing. Package in nice boxes with vents. Drinks are huge 30 ounce for 1.49. Sauces are .30 for extra ones. But so worth it. They are large Sauces. Try the cheese pieces. You won't be sad anymore ;)"
