"Waited over 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us in the drive thru. The employee would not take our order for menu items shown on their menu because, "there's no button on the register for it". While waiting at the window, the employee brought our food while chewing food and said, "here you go" and walked away. The order was missing an item, so I waited at the window for him to come back. He came back, still chewing food, but insisted I didn't order the missing item. Oh, and they did not include sauce with our chicken nuggets."

"At first, I was a little frustrated that it took so long for them to even take my order but then I realized that someone had called in and the nice lady Blanca was running the front and the drive-through window by herself. Kudos to her she did a great job"

"Super cool, top-notch crew! Awesome lady manager who was kind, and professional! Food prepared to order, hot, and delicious. On a lunch run in area and well worth the wait! Highly recommended if you like your food done right!"

"They did not accept my coupons from the app. Did not accept Apple Pay or any other contactless payment option. You have to give them your card and they will swipe the magnetic stripe. The fries are stale. This is the second time I’m buying the fries and it was stale both times . This is not a one off. The first time I informed them and they gave me a new batch and they tasted great. Second time , I chose not to return it, instead writing this review. Hope they change . It gives a bad name to other BK franchises."

"You probably can't tell from the picture, but these fries were piping hot. And that's been my experience each time that I have visited this location. This Burger King franchise is my absolute favorite. The employees are always kind and accommodating, plus the food is always fresh. Typically, I use the coupon (that I get in the mail) to purchase a Whopper meal. (To the reviewer who was upset about not being able to use the coupon after they placed their order, please take the time to actually READ the coupon. In bold print, it reads, "Please mention coupon before ordering.") Unfortunately, it seems like the BK app coupons don't always work at this location as it's a franchise and not a corporate restaurant."
