"Consistently poor experience. My small mobile order was supposed to be ready at 6:07, and after going thru the drive thru they told me to wait out front for my order. After no one came out I went inside the store. My food was not ready until 6:31, and everyone else in the store said that they also came thru the drive thru and were also all waiting over 20-25 minutes for their orders as well. No one cared or apologized, or offered so much as a water cup while we were all waiting. This type of experience is VERY common at this location. Come at your own risk."
"This place seems very disorganized unfortunately, I ordered some chicken nuggets today and it took over 15 minutes to get them. I went through the drive-thru they told me to pull around to the front, and I sat in my car for like 10 minutes and still didn't see anybody, so I went in and waited in the lobby for a while until somebody finally came and talked to me, and then I finally got my food. The food was decent though, just not fast."
"As of April 30th 2023 at 1945 hours I was told to leave the restaurant because I am homeless and I smell the manager said. I told him I bought food to eat so I'm not going anywhere. He insisted that I leave, he has employees and customers to protect. Ha! I'm sitting in a corner minding my own business with my food and phone.... SMH.. I'll definitely see a lawyer on this one. The manager name is Rudolpho, don't know his last name. We fall on hard times it's not like we want to become homeless I don't wish that on anyone. Boycott this place if you agree, he needs to change his thinking, I feel sorry for him I'll pray for him. Their bathrooms are always dirty btw.."

"I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Then after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more I finally get to the drive thru window and pay for my food and then the girl tells me that it not ready yet. It's going to be four more minutes and tells me to pull around to the front and they will bring it out to me. So I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I could understand if it was a big order but it wasn't. I won't be going there again!"
