"Very disappointed, got take out, the girl could barely speak English, seemed anxious and rushed yet I was the only cat, I think she may have been scared, got home checked my order the food was cold and under cooked, scared to eat as it had chicken. The taco platter was just thrown into the container I ordered the steak I could count the pieces of steak on one hand, only half of the box had food on it! Weird! From what I could see looking in was 2 girl's alone working. I asked the server if she was new, She replied "see"! I asked if they were short handed she was hesitant in answering which I know from working we were always told I'm a Nurse to NEVER say that we were short staffed because it made the company look bad, so we took the blame. Which now when I think of it why should employee's take the blame for a company who either is to cheap to hire!, or had a bad Rep and NOONE wanted to work for them. Anyway maybe things will get better. Just make sure you check your food BEFORE you eat, better yet check it BEFORE you leave the lot, that way you can save yourself a trip, and get your order filled properly. So I really can't say WHOSE to blame on this trip. I'd really like to say shame on you Taco Bell the CEO's probably don't eat their own food."
"I was doing deliveries and asked if I could fill up my water. The associate said we aren’t allowed to fill up with outside bottles. Fair enough. So I asked for a water cup. He said I’ll need to buy something. I was shocked. Although there is technically no law in AZ that requires businesses to give a cup of water for free, I was flabbergasted that I was denied water nonetheless. I have lived in AZ for 20 years and this is the only place that has acted like this. I hope they delight in saving pennies from the water cup because Taco Bell just lost my business forever and I will be telling my family and friends about this"
"Taco Bell gets a bad rap. The food is what it is, fast, convenient and not bad. It's not Mexican food. It's fast food with a somewhat Mexican twist. That being said when I went there the other day there were 2 people working, one drive thru worker and one cook. No one came to take my order and finally realized it is all done by pad now. Never liked this because of the germs on those things but it took 17 minutes to get my to go order. That's why I only go there when It's the most convenient for me."
"Son likes it there. I dont care for it. Cuz they refused to let me use the ladies room unless I bought something.so I had to get my son so he can by something.(had to ask permission to use the ladies room like you do in jail."
"I had the opportunity to see the new approach Taco Bell has put into place with customer ordering through a touch screen where employees can no longer take the order. It's stupid and it appears as of the employees agree. The staff was very nice, but this was a bad decision. If I wanted to pretend like I worked here I would have just applied. Great job Taco Bell."
