"I am so annoyed. This evening I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap with chicken for the protein and I get home and start to eat it and I noticed it felt light so I open the wrap and there was NO chicken on it. Just some veggies and cheese. Ugh!!!!! This is the THIRD time this has happened to me with their wraps. It has happened twice before with the Thai chicken wrap where I requested chicken for my wrap and there was no chicken, just vegetables. Get it together Salad and Go!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! Hire people who take the time to read what goes on a customer's order or soon you won't have any business."

"I love Salad and Go. For whatever reason this location needs a lot of attention. Ive been here 3 times and every time I’ve gone I get a very bad stomach issues (the runs) only at this particular location. I had to eat it different times just to make sure. Also they allow certain people cut the long to go mobile orders. Seen this 2 times and it upsets the people who waited in line the whole time. They need to really check the process of cutting up things and cross contamination because I never have issues with other locations except this one."

"Rotten avocado received as part of my salad. This should have been thrown away and certainly Not placed on a salad for a customer. Second salad also had avocado that was not fresh. Have a lower star rating because an employee actually took the time to place this rotten avocado on the salad. Previous salads have been good. My husband ordered a Cobb salad and did not receive any salad dressing."

"The food and drinks are good. I don't get how people are complaining about the wait time when there are literally 20 cars waiting in line at all times of the day. And if you order through the app, order way in advance. There's a lot of people here complaining that lack common sense."
