"Normally love Popeyes Chicken, but this location was not a good experience at all. They had numerous employees working (which none of them were polite, friendly, or welcoming) and the food seemed to take around thirty minutes to get my order for a chicken sandwich and fries meal. I then went to fill up my soda and there was no ice so I ended up getting a lukewarm sprite. The place was dirty, and nothing was stocked. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I work in the food, industry, myself and the place I work for would correct these issues immediately."

"This place gave me food poisoning twice now and I’m calling the health department as well as my lawyer. I haven’t been able to keep down much food since I ate there last week. Today since this has been going on for too long I will be going to the hospital and collecting all documentation to move forward with trying to shut this place down. The first time I got the new wings after 5pm and the second time I got a 3 piece spicy after 5pm. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!"

"You’ll wanna hear this.. Long story short, worked here in 2008 when I was in high school. Prided myself on customer service. Present time; last 6 years, at minimum, have been horrible at this location. Sorry customer service, lack of effort, missing items ect. All of this matters when you are on the go. That’s the whole point of coming here. Tonight, I recognized that management must have heard the complaints and taken them seriously. Pedro, by far, was one of the best customer service reps I’ve probably met in my life. Heard my order and took care of it perfectly. Also want to thank his staff in the back. Because each one of them were just as kind and honestly, they were just a good group in general. If you’ve had a bad experience, COME BACK. Management has listened and it’s worth a new trip. Thanks you Pedro! And thank your team for me!"

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This place deserves 0 stars!!! I ordered friday through door dash. I ate one piece of chicken and noticed it taste funny so i opened one of the chicken trips and saw it was raw, undercooked, and had white spores!!!!!!! The mac and cheese was super oily and smelled awful! Since then i’ve had uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea and i’ve missed 2 days of work!!! I’ve tried calling their business and no one answered! Go figure!! i’ve included pics"

"Attempted to contact the store and Ubereats, since neither care here is a review. I ordered a Spicy Sandwich NO Pickles ADD Cheese w/additional LARGE side of Red Beans & Rice. I received a COLD sandwich WITH Pickles. Small Red Beans & Rice. Online order or in person shouldn’t determine the level of Customer Service. Absolutely terrible!!!"
