"I waited practically 25 mins in the drive thru at 10:30 at night had a whole order and a chocolate shake. It was a cup full of vanilla ice cream I watched the lady squirt chocolate syrup in it and didn’t even bother to mix it so I asked hey is that a sundae or what I ordered a chocolate shake. Could you blend it more. And the lady copped a whole attitude and refused us service. I pulled around knocked on the door to try speaking to a manager and I guess that was a manager. That’s crazy someone with such poor customer service is in a leadership role. I was nice about the whole thing too. Crazy."

"Easy access to the building. Prices are affordable and that is important for me as I am low income. Staff are always friendly and patient in waiting for your order at the counter. The restaurant is always clean to include the bathrooms. I frequent the restaurant often."

"20 min to get my simple order. I was over charged and had to show the cashier their mistake. Bottom bun was squished to paper thin. Not the best experience"

"Terrible!!! My coworker went to get food, and we are 5 minutes away from Jack in the box, and the food is literally cold and chewy like it's been sitting for a long time and the fries were cold from the inside! Not acceptable"

"Ordered monster tacos and had to be pulled up for them (no problem with that happens all the time here). One that I ordered had no meat in it and the person who put the lettuce and cheese in it knew that. There's no way to mistake that. I don't know if they thought it was a joke but the people you serve are paying your bills! No customers. No money. No raise it's simple. I've had too many instances here and this was the last. I don't want any free food from this establishment so save that and fire the people who make customers not want to return. WATCH YOUR CAMERAS"
