"After having a horrible customer service experience here the morning of 03/07 where I left. I decided to go back and give them a second chance only because i love Carl's jr food. I received the best customer service i have received in a long he was professional got my order down right repeated it back to me to make sure ut was right and had a personality that was welcoming. This is a big shout out to "CORBIN" I hope i spelled you name correctly boss man thanks for the service for my dinner on 3/7"

"This is the second time I come to this location and the meat tastes absolutely awful. I’m not even sure if it’s old, not cooked right or not thawed properly but it tasted terrible. This is the second time I come for a meal & have to throw out my burger because of the meat. So disappointing & a waste of money."

"My food was hot and fresh, I stood in front of the registers for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, never greeted just asked if I was ready to order. Atmosphere was just plain, restaurant was clean. Yes I will go back expect great food, average service."

"I stopped by after work to try the bacon western cheeseburger giveaway after the Suns scored 11 3-pointers the night before. There was a cat waiting by the doors. I assume someone is feeding it is why it is there? Anyways, the service was quick. I think the microwaved a ready-made burger? The restaurant was clean, but I ordered take-out. Opening the burger and looking at it was unappealing to me, and the flavor was average. I think I know why it is free. I likely won't be back as I am reminded why I shouldn't eat fast food."
