"The service was terrible but as I was being mistreated, a juicy cockroach crawled up the wall so I was able to snap a picture and get out of there. Saved by poor customer service."
"We ordered the beef teriyaki meal and chicken teriyaki meal. Great taste - sauce was flavorful, serving size generous, overall filling. Being in Arrowhead mall, this place can have a long wait plus included cooking time, as everything is made on the grill to order (about 5-10 minutes for us). But it was worth it, and I'd definitely stop by again for another meal!"
"This place used to be one of my favorite fast food places. I just can’t wrap my head around why you can’t provide your customers with Sriracha sauce?? . it’s sitting right on the counter. I’m not eating there my order is TO GO it’s not like I’m asking for anything Free I’m a paying customer. I don’t order 1 meal I order 6 at a time every time, but Even if I did order 1 meal it shouldn’t be an issue. I get it sometimes supplies just run short but this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened that’s why I’m leaving this review, I’m a business owner myself. I don’t care what customer I have I’ll tell you this I sure wouldn’t lose their business over something as simple as this for a small container of sauce ."
"The food is great, Service is fast and most of the times the cashier is friendly. Great price for the food. Noodles are extra. This location is at the Arrowhead Mall food court so tables are sometimes limited. However there is a lot parking spaces."
