"I finally got to try this new location out. It was okay food. I don't really think I'll be going back anytime soon. The waitress we had was very friendly and sweet and very attractive. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito. Good flavor on meat maybe a little over cooked but okay and bean were good..rice on the other hand was not bad just a different flavor for my liking. Nice atmosphere. Chips and salsa were great. I did order a margarita and it was very good."

"My wife, my daughter,and I visited on Saturday. We requested so sit outdoors cause weather was nice. I did notice it was not very busy . It started out ok . We ordered drinks to start with and received water while waiting for our drinks. Once we received our drinks the waitress said she would be right back. She then brought us chips and salsa. Then again said she'll be right back. To make this long story short we ordered and waited through 4 servings of chips and 2 drinks before receiving our meals. My daughter's was not complete. She had to ask for sour cream which was supposed to be served with her meal . My wife and I waited for awhile before beginning to eat. We got done with our meals before they brought out sour cream and another drink requested at least 3 times. After approximately 2 and a half hours we were finally ready to go. Another half hour goes by before we decided to go in and just request our bill to pay. Totally unacceptable service."

"We were here for the first time this weekend. We were seated right away but took our server about 10 mins to greet us and it wasn’t even that busy. When we got our food my sister order the chicken fajitas and her chicken was raw. Raw enough that the cooks should have been able to tell. The server took it from us and offered to just take it off our bill and give us a free dessert. She did not ask if she wanted something else. No manager even came by to say sorry or nothing. First time and last time we will eat here."

"I made an online reservation and even though they were swamped, they honored it. At the time I made the reservation, people were on an hour wait list. We were told the kitchen staff was short handed and our food still came out quickly! Our entire order was correct and hot. Our server Nikki was great!! Staff was extremely compassionate, friendly and helpful. The taste of our food was 10/10. Hands down our new favorite Macayos spot."
