"Server would not help us. Did not refill waters and did not check on us for bottomless refills either. We kept looking at the server and trying to wave them over and did not get help. We ordered two orders of Mac and cheese and both bowls were very cold, as well as the refills we finally got because the first bowls were too cold to eat. Super bad experience."

"Went for lunch today, thinking we'd get a good meal, and it wasn't very good at all. I ordered my burger well done, my friend ordered medium, we got the correct toppings but the hamburger patties were switched. We did eat them, after gently advising the waitress. My friend's 4 onion rings were almost burnt. I liked my garlic fries. We were not offered additional servings the sides, to accommodate "endless sides", wouldn't have taken seconds anyway. The waitress was nice and told us we'd get a discount for the burger issue. My friend did receive 1.80 off her meal but, I received no discount. I didn't mind the pink hamburger because it was HOT, and brought it up so that a more aggressive customer wouldn't have the same issue. My friend wanted to pay cash for her food but we literally had to flag down someone to send the waitress to assist as she never asked how we were paying, just told, if there's nothing else the kiosk is right there but, no rush. There was a sewer smell in the restaurant. We should have made more of a stink, and gotten fresh food cooked but, will not be visiting there again. $22.00, for 1 persons, is a bit much for under, or overcooked food. And, to not get the resolution, I was told I'd get on my order. I can't recommend any of the menu options it asks me to. I may try another location but, not this one."

"Went to this location with my family on 1/20/24, got seated right away. The waitress was fast and onn point with keeping up with the refills of the drinks and fries. Would recommend that you stop by for a bite to eat at this location."

"Went here this evening with the family for dinner. Our server Sadie was amazing! She really made the night. Great personality, very attentive, always on point with anything that you needed and never far away. The food was great I had the new queso burger and it was delicious. Definitely going back."
