"This was a good choice. The restaurant is nice inside. The service was good and efficient, although I feel like I couldn’t fully communicate with my server. You order your food from your phone. The food was ok. The broth was a bit bland. I wish they had an option for me to build my own so I can not waste the items I don’t want. No option to take them out. Overall good experience. I’d go back to try a different flavor."

"The soup and dumplings I tried were great! The service is severely lacking even when they slow down with customers. Took forever to get our water bottle refilled and for our checks to finally arrive."

"I mainly don’t make reviews but I’m feeling bad over the one stars, I’m a regular here and have even worked there when it first opened up. If you’re a regular you’ll have to get used to the idea the broth is not going to taste the same. I got the number 11 switched to the Thai flavor. Personally I loved the flavor it wasn’t the same as the old one but it was still good and flavorful. A lemony taste. I think they just opened so they’re figuring out how everything works. The employees did seem a little shy but I think that’s because they’re new at this as well and don’t want to mess up. One compliant is their side noodle. I actually like their chunky noodle inside the pot it’s really good but the side vermicelli is thinner and gritty ? The drink also looks about the same in size and I personally really liked my black tea, it tasted the same for me."

"Very nice restaurant in a Fry's plaza. Hot pot is a unique style of soup. Comes with rice or vermicelli. Loved the curry version. Lots of veggies and fish balls. Excellent service, you can get refills of broth. Great boba, the cream black tea was delicious like ice cream."
