"I have to praise them! Today we went to through the drive thru, ordered a family size of tenders and sides. They gave us someone else's order. I didn't notice until I got home. My family started to eat the chicken legs and thighs. I went back to get my side order of okra. I told the lady what happened and she gave us the whole order, the way I originally ordered it. We ordered three different sides, the order we received had all the same sides, and they gave us the three side I ordered. I have never had such wonderful customers service, she knew right away what I had ordered vs. what I received! I had ordered a regular sized okra and she gave us a large. Thank you for correcting the order!"

"My daughter went thru drive thru here at this location n placed her order. 8 piece mixed, 2-12 piece chicken tenders, cup jalapenos, large fry n poppers. She didn't check her order being that the kid at drive thru read her order back to her. She gets home goes to open all boxes due to the fact my grandson was excited for the chicken tenders. No chicken tenders in the 3 boxes that were handed to her. We get in the car to go back. We get there it's 7:11pm doors are locked. Another kid opens the door. No hello, no what is the problem, what may I help you with, nothing. So I said you Fvoked up the order. He proceeds to look at the the receipt n goes off with, Well you got the 8 piece. True one box correct. He never apologized for the inconvenience of having to drive back. No apologies whatsoever, not even a courtesy of offering a drink or two nothing. This location is a damn joke. The 2 young men working the front have no business working there. And to top it off the figured I didn't understand Spanish when the one started talking smack about us to the ladies in the back. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Suck service."

"Went last night and the chicken was VERY VERY HARD! told the employees if they can replace it for fresh chicken and told me they can’t because they already turned off the fryer and it was 8pm and they close at 10pm! I told them then I wanted my money back and told me they can’t because it’s a new system and they don’t know how to work it unbelievable! Told me to go Monday and talk to the manger and I did and she didn’t want to refund me my money or re-make me my food told me why didn’t I bring the food back? I DID and they couldn’t replace it. Because they had no more chicken! WORST PLACE EVER! Manager is very rude don’t waste your time here I will be contacting Corporate."

"This place is hit or miss with service. It's across the parking lot from my barbershop, so my son likes to go after haircuts. Different prices on same items on different ad boards. Lol"

"Alright, I've heard and reviewed the criticism of this chicken place, and I have stopped in for the 3rd time in 5 weeks and at different times and days, including today. As you can see, I get several reviews of places I eat at or visit, so today is no different. Since today was America's birthday, I stopped in and ordered a 12 piece. I looked around and I used to drive through this time and it wasn't too busy. The young man that helped me I believe his name was Daniel was very courteous and professional. I noticed a co-worker behind him who I think was a manager on her cell phone but she wasn't on it very long and I think she just sent a message to someone and got back to work. Took a couple of photos of them. I get home and I sat down to inspect the chicken before I served it to my guest. I did this to see if the criticisms that others posted held and he valued to their comments and I did not find that. The chicken was properly cooked there was no color of any pink that I could find it was freshly baked and seasoned well. To the staff employees of Church's Chicken I congratulate you on a job well done. To the customers that frequent this restaurant or Eatery, I don't doubt your comments but I do doubt the service that you're getting and for now I'll call this a hit and miss because all three times that I've been there within the past 32 days it has been all good experiences. I wish you all the best and Church's Chicken keep up the good work."
