Little Caesars Pizza

"After waiting over 6 minutes to come to the counter and three other guests entering we were asked if we were pickup orders. The employee then said it would be an hour because he had no dough ready to order anything. This is the second time this location has used no dough ready as a reason not to provide service. This isn’t rocket science and courtesy is teachable. The other comments about this location’s staffing are on point. I am pretty sure the store manager was just watching customers file in and didn’t leave pizza making to address issues at the counter."

"This location needs more workers/help. Waited total of one hour for a pizza that was ordered in the app, 40 minutes over the quoted time of the app. The employees working there seemed to be trying their best but couldn’t keep up with the amount of phone, app and in person orders. They had to quote everyone walking in 1 hour wait or longer on any order. The food quality received was fine, only issue observed is need for more staff. You feel for an employee trying to work customer service and then rush back in the kitchen to assist their co worker."

"just received my doordash order from this location. i just ordered an italian cheese bread and three ranch’s, instead i got this??? wth is this (i ate the missing piece btw )and one singular butter garlic sauce…. yall could’ve at least put the seasoning on it"

"Arrived and there was a 15 minute wait for 2 classic pizzas, no problem they could've been very busy... but you see them making the pizza & there was a worker who was touching all the toppings and placing it on the pizza with his bare hands. Not sanitary at all. Was very off-putting."

"I had multiple unfortunate experiences at Little Caesar’s Pizzeria in the past month, and it’s safe to say this is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Every time I walked in, I encountered a disorganized mess. There were always numerous customers waiting at the entrance, and the most frustrating part was that there was not a single staff member in the front to greet or serve customers. I found myself waiting for an absurdly long time, probably around 10 to 15 minutes, without any assistance. What’s even more baffling is that I wasn’t the only one facing this issue. I observed several other customers leaving in frustration due to the lack of service. This was not an isolated incident; it happened multiple times during my visits. The way this business is run is simply unacceptable. They don’t seem to grasp the concept of having someone in the front to greet customers and manage the initial order process. Instead, all the staff members appear to be hidden in the back, leaving the customers unattended. It’s a pathetic situation, and it’s disheartening that this pizzeria operates with such disregard for customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs."
