"Ordered online. The store is literally around the corner, but I drive a semi, so no driving for pick up... The food isn't hot like it still should be, barely warm. There is no extra sauce on the pizza as requested and no sauce packets at all. Not even one... that should be mandatory if you ask me, but whatever. I won't be ordering from here again. It was too simple to mess up."

"This Taco Bell is new (less than a 1year old I think) and I have received nothing but terrible cold food and mediocre service since day one. I live less than a mile from here so this is usually my sons choice for after school snack and there is never a line (I see why) The menus are always malfunctioning so if u don’t know your order by heart it’s hard to choose. They have no problem handing you cold or old food from the drive thru with a smile. We love nacho fries but I haven’t received a fresh batch here EVER! I will literally rather drive out of my way to the 99th location to get them. There is only one older lady there that even knows basic manners like please and thank you… the other teenagers that work there barely even greet you. Every time I come here I spend $20+ and I always get home and there are multiple things wrong! I just don’t have the energy to call and deal with a manager that has no customer service or empathy so I just deal with it! Today I was fed up"

"I’m here in the mornings 2-3 times a week for breakfast. Every time I’m at the last window, I can see and hear an older Hispanic woman (usually in a button up shirt), seems like a manager, yelling rudely at her employees. I’ve heard her yelling, screaming, and whistling at her employe in front of me! Just overall being disrespectful!! As if they were stupid! As I look through all these reviews about the food and service, it makes sense as to why the ratings are poor. The employees aren’t being taken care of. They’re a bunch of teenagers being mistreated, which it seems like it’s on a daily basis! The next time I go, I will record the stuff I hear and see and I will be reporting this!! Its crazy how she is still working here! I hope one of these employees had said some thing to one of her higher-ups."
